Why Connect With TPHP?
Good reentry resources already exist in communities across the country. The problem is that people coming home often don't know where to find them. TPHP is working to make those resources easier to discover, understand, and use.
When organizations share accurate information with TPHP, everybody benefits. Returning citizens get better information, families have somewhere to start, and local programs become easier to find.
