Certificate of Employability — Oklahoma
Oklahoma's Certificate of Employability (CE) is issued by the Pardon and Parole Board and provides legal protection against negligent hiring claims for employers who hire you. It can significantly reduce employment barriers after a felony conviction.

Oklahoma DHS — SNAP Benefits
Apply for SNAP (food stamps) through the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Oklahoma lifted the lifetime SNAP ban for drug felonies — most returning citizens are eligible if they meet income requirements.
